The location was perfect with amazing views! The room sparkled it was super clean. the bed felt comfy. A gift of wine one day was a lovely touch. The simple gestures.
Reaching the hotel involved navigating numerous stairs, which presented a challenge with luggage.

great location helpful staff complimentary refill
The location was excellent. I could easily walk to many attractions. The staff were helpful (very kind people!). I received complimentary water refills daily. I also received a complimentary gift of port wine as my room was cleaned.
The plumbing made a slight vibrating sound when used.

the suite provided a spacious layout. the breakfast buffet included fresh pastries and fruit. a selection of teas and coffee was available throughout the day.
Soundproofing was minimal. Some noise from nearby rooms was noticeable.
