The location was excellent. I could easily walk to many attractions. The staff were helpful (very kind people!). I received complimentary water refills daily. I also received a complimentary gift of port wine as my room was cleaned.
The plumbing made a slight vibrating sound when used.

The breakfast had a good variety. I enjoyed the fresh fruit. They offered different cakes and croissants every day. Muesli and yoghurt were also available.

The Beautiful Suite had a balcony with a beautiful view. The room was large and bright (really spacious!). The bed was very nice.

the location was very central. i could easily walk to many restaurants. the complimentary snacks upon arrival were a nice touch. the air conditioning worked very well.
plumbing was loud. every time i turned on the sink, i heard a pump. the windows were not soundproofed, a problem. noise from the square was quite noticeable at night.

the suite provided a spacious layout. the breakfast buffet included fresh pastries and fruit. a selection of teas and coffee was available throughout the day.
Soundproofing was minimal. Some noise from nearby rooms was noticeable.
